I may be late to the party on this one but its a damn good lookbook so I am throwing down regardless. Here is Nepenthes label Needles and their spring/summer 2013 collection lookbook. I really like photography and the styling is on point, both mens and womens looks. The re-built military styles are for sure my favourite but its all good in its own way.

Rebuilt by Needles – M-65 Military Jackets

Needles, part of the Nepenthes family (Engineered Garments, South2 West8, FWK etc.) has recently released this new series of M-65 jackets for their Rebuilt by Needles collection. I am always a sucker for good vintage military jackets and always love to see re-makes and Needles doesn’t disappoint with these three styles of M-65’s. The first style is a more classic looking M-65 outer but it features a button-in Mouton liner in three styles, the second features fireman buckles and satin sleeves with ribbed cuffs and the third is a shorter cut bomber style with rib knit details. Needles Fall/Winter 2012 Lookbook

Nepenthes NY label Needles has released this full lookbook for their fall/winter 2012 collection entitled Local Legend. I always dig this line as they step out of the norm as far as styles go, always pushing it a bit further whether it be fit, styling, print or details. Really linking the shoot itself with some good urban outdoors scenes and some rad looks throughout. Read through for the rest from this interesting label.

Needles Spring/Summer 2012

Here’s a look at Needles s/s 2012 collection, straight from Nepenthes. In line with recent looks from EG and 45rpm, expect loose cuts, wrinkled linen galore, and a quality selection of knits. and while MAPS may be the standard bearer, Nepenthes is nonetheless another great Japanese store with some serious online purchasing potential. With physical locations in Tokyo, Sapporo, and Fukuoka, the store carries brands like Woolrich Woolen Mills, Barena, Engineered Garments, Russell Moccasin, Needles, and South 2 West 8. the Japanese have the utilitarian workwear aesthetic and lifestyle down to a science, and the range of styles shown by Nepenthes is a testament to that – more of their key pieces after the jump.
