Unis ‘The New Her’ Photoshoot

Unis New York have released their new spring/summer 2012 collection, and they recently put together this nice little shoot featuring their Charlie jacket from their ss12 range. The shoot features model Adrianne Ho rocking the Charlie in all her its glory. With photography by Ryan Kibler and creative direction by Jake Davis, this is a great little shoot. I always like pretty girls in good mens basics and this reaffirms those thoughts.

UNIS Fall/Winter 2011 Lookbook

New York based label/shop UNIS has released this great lookbook for the fall/winter 2011 season. They really nail the styling on this lookbook, a great mix of dressy and casual looks from full suits to varsity jackets with jeans and AM 90’s. I love the suit with real tree camo t-shirt look and the turtleneck and khakis look, almost makes me wanna rock a T-neck. Keep reading for the rest of the shoot…

Supreme Fall/Winter 2011 Lookbook

Supreme have dropped their highly anticipated (as usual) lookbook for fall/winter 2011. Another hard hitting collection filled with serious heat for the season, particularly the outerwear pieces like the leather sleeved bomber, burgundy fur trimmed parka and khaki pull over puffer jacket, all seen above. The styling is what is expected from Supreme, NYC streetwear looks at their finest. There are also a few notable colabs for the season, one with Futura for the ‘fuck you pay me’ script, one with Trasher mag with a classic style coach jacket, and a few others as well. Another inspiring collection from the New York streetwear greats.

I love the overall simplicity of the collection, with a relaxed and easy-going vibe. I am also feeling the photography of the lookbook, done by Rob Kulisek, the style reminds me of a Jody Rogac for Dana Lee lookbook. Keep reading for the extensive and impressive collection…

Cost for Supreme

Here is a look at a great upcoming collaboration between two New York greats, graffiti artist Cost and streetwear label Supreme. Supreme has teamed up with legendary NY street graffiti writer Cost, who had a huge presence in the downtown New York streets in the late 80’s and early 90’s. Along with his partner in crime Revs they introduced different mediums into the street bombing realm, such as wheat-paste posters and roller paint hits on high visibility rooftops. The two made a huge name for themselves in the graffiti movement, and originated a new style or way of getting your name and message up and noticed. Trust Supreme to bring some true light to one of the street bombing pioneers and game changers, Cost. These four t-shirts designed by Cost will be released online and in the New York Supreme location on Oct. 14th, and in Japan on the 16th. Keep reading for more pics and a write up on Cost from Supreme themselves…
